§ 1 Definitions

§ 2 Processing of personal data
  1. The Administrator processes personal data of Customers/Users for the purpose of providing medical services, conducting patient registration, contacting Customers and conducting marketing activities, in accordance with the applicable law.
  2. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the Customer/User's consent, performance of the contract, fulfillment of the Administrator's legal obligation and fulfillment of the Administrator's legitimate interests.
  3. Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, or for the period required by law.
§ 3 Rights of Customers/Users
  1. Right of access to data: The Customer/User has the right to obtain information on whether his/her data is being processed and to obtain a copy of such data.
  2. Right to rectify data: Customer/User has the right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data or completion.
  3. Right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”): The Customer/User may request deletion of his/her data when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or when the processing is carried out unlawfully.
  4. The right to restrict data processing: The Customer/User has the right to request the restriction of the processing of his/her data in the cases specified in Article 18 RODO.
  5. Right to data portability: The Customer/User has the right to receive his/her data in a structured, commonly used format and to send it to another controller.
  6. Right to object: The Customer/User has the right to object to the processing of data if the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
  7. Right to withdraw consent: Customer/User may revoke consent to data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before revocation.
§ 4 Cookie mechanism and analytical data
  1. The website uses cookies to improve the functionality of the website and for analytical and marketing purposes.
  2. The customer/user can manage the cookie settings via their web browser. However, blocking cookies may affect the functionality of the website.
  3. The administrator uses analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, which may collect anonymous data about site users.
